Yes, my planning fee starts at $275 and varies depending on the length and complexity of your trip. This covers my time, research, and expertise to design a fully customized travel experience tailored to you. It also includes itinerary building, booking management, and ongoing support before, during, and after your trip—so you can travel stress-free knowing all the details are handled.

Planning fees are non-refundable, as outlined in my Terms & Conditions. This ensures the time, research, and expertise that go into creating your trip are covered, even if your plans change.

I recommend starting at least 3+ months in advance to allow time for the best options and availability. Trips booked less than 3 months out are considered “last-minute” and will require a higher planning fee due to the extra work and urgency involved.

During the consultation, we will:

• Discuss all the details so we may curate and customize your vacation together. I partner with all my clients.
• Talk about what role I will play as your travel concierge, my nonrefundable Concierge Care, research and planning fee and everything that is included in my high touch service.
• Consultation takes between 30-45 minutes depending on complexity of the vacation.

Once we complete the Google Meet call, I will send a follow up email detailing what we discussed.
